The Certification Program utilizes a combination of online and in-person training to prepare intimacy professionals to work in this industry. IDC offers two intimacy professional certifications: Intimacy Director for Live Performance or Intimacy Coordinator for TV and Film (SAG-AFTRA Accredited Program).

Program Admission Requirements
Anyone pursuing Certification with IDC will need to complete the following requirements that will allow you to have the most success in this program:
Completion of the Intimacy Professional Accelerator Program
You will be asked to upload your certificate of completion for the Intimacy Professional Accelerator Program
Completion of the Intimacy Professional Accelerator Program is required for enrollment in the Certification Program.
10-Days Industry Experience
You will be asked to confirm that you have a minimum of 10 days experience in your chosen industry (either Theatre/Live Performance or TV/Film)
While we encourage these 10 days to be as an intimacy professional, your industry experience does not need to be exclusively such.
Please Note: You will not be required to submit evidence of these days at the time of registration, but we reserve the right to request confirmation of these days at any time.
