â Read below to learn more about SpatialChat, a fresh new way to connect with others in the virtual space!
đĄWhat is SpatialChat?
Zoom Fatique...a thing of the past!
Weâre bringing the community together on SpatialChat, an interactive virtual space that lets you move naturally between conversations and connect just like you would in person.
Explore the exhibitor hall, join networking lounges, and drop by a virtual happy hour, all inside this incredible new platform!
When will I find out if my proposal was accepted or rejected?
All applicants will be notified of IDCâs decision on a rolling basis no later than January 5, 2026.
What platform will we use to present for the Summit?
All virtual sessions are hosted through Zoom. A link and login instructions will be sent to confirmed speakers ahead of time.
SpatialChat will also be used to network virtually with attendees and engage virtually with exhibitors in Exhibitor Hall.Â
Will I be able to interact with attendees during the presentation?
Absolutely! All desired interaction needs with attendees will need to be mapped out while signing your contract and upon completing your Presentation Materials Form.Â
IDC will not be providing a moderator. Only technical support will be available when needed.
What are the tech requirements for my presentation?
We require a stable internet connection, headset or external mic, and good lighting. Presentations should be displayed in Google Slides or PDF format.
Will there be a tech check or rehearsal?
Speakers will not be required to attend a tech check or rehearsal. However, the option to receive support regarding internet connection, sound, lighting, and slide-sharing setup may be available at a later time.
Can I include video or sound clips?
Yes, as long as all media is embedded in your presentation and free of copyright restrictions.
NOTE: Details about intellectual property and copyright will be outlined in the speaker contract. Please review this information carefully to ensure you meet all requirements.
When are presentation materials due?
Final slides or videos are due at least four weeks before the Summit, so that our technical support team can prepare the materials for the official presentation. An official due date will be discussed and added to all speaker contracts.
Who do I contact with questions?
For tech support or speaker-related questions, please contact the IDC Summit Team at [email protected]
