🗣️Call for Speaker Proposals

Interested in presenting at the SummitSubmit your session proposal using the form below! The form will open in a separate window for your convenience. 

Submission Timeline:

  • Opens: November 17, 2025 @ 9am ET

  • Closes: December 8, 2025 @ 11:59pm ET  (Late submissions will not be accepted or expedited.)

Decision Timeline:

  • All applicants will be notified of IDC’s decision on a rolling basis no later than January 5, 2026. 

NOTE:
All submissions will be reviewed by IDC’s programming team. Selection and scheduling of proposals are made at the sole discretion of IDC, and submission does not guarantee acceptance. Please submit a new and separate form for EACH session proposed.

🧩 Presentation Styles

Sessions are available in 60 minute OR 90 minute time slots. Explore the different session formats available for presenters to share their expertise and engage attendees at the Summit

The Summit will be live streamed globally and recorded for on-demand access. Presenters may choose to present live or submit a pre-recorded session. 

⭐ Speaker Compensation

All selected speakers will receive complimentary access to the virtual Summit and social media exposure across IDC’s platforms in recognition of their contribution to the event. VIP technical support will also be available to assure your presentation is ran smoothly!

✅ Evaluation Criteria

The Call for Proposals review committee will review and score applications based on the following criteria: 

  • Harnesses professional experience in the field of Intimacy Coordination and/or Intimacy Direction to inspire and educate attendees on their own professional journey, including but not limited to practical tools, techniques, new ideas and approaches.   
  • Uplifts diverse perspectives and voices in the Intimacy in Entertainment landscape. 
  • Gives insight into international policies, procedures, and approaches to intimacy work in entertainment.
  • Priority consideration will be given to speakers bringing unique perspectives on intimacy and choreography, topics that advance intimacy in entertainment, affinity group leaders, and professional development in the following self study topics: Anti-Racism/Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Mental Health First Aid and Trauma Stewardship, Allyship and Advocacy, Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation, Anti harassment/Anti-sexual harassment, Mediation or Conflict Resolution, and Bystander Intervention.
