About the Scholarship Program

What is the Purpose of IDC's Scholarship Program? 

The purpose of this scholarship program is to support Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and/or Transgender artists in their pursuit of a career as an intimacy professional in the United States.

Our scholarship program aims to dismantle systemic barriers that have historically marginalized BIPOC and/or Transgender individuals, so that more diverse voices can be a part of shaping the narrative of intimacy on stage and screen.

How Do I Qualify for a Scholarship?

This program is not merit or need-based. Instead, we have designed this program to actively address some of the compounding effects of systemic barriers that disproportionately affect the BIPOC and Transgender communities specifically.

Because of this, if you hold any of the identities above, we encourage you to submit for a scholarship!  

What is the Scholarship Amount?

All scholarship recipients receive a 50% scholarship to apply to the Intimacy Professional Accelerator Program!

IDC offers two (2) Enrollment Options* to which you can apply your scholarship:

• Option 1: Monthly Installments! (12 Total)
  Our most flexible option. The standard price for this program is $297/month, with your scholarship, you only invest $148.50/month 

• Option 2: Invest in Full!
  Save 15% when you invest in full! The standard price for this program is $2997, with your scholarship, you only invest $1489.50

How Many Scholarships Do You Offer?

Our scholarship application opens multiple times per year, and during these periods we aim to grant every request for a scholarship! 

How Do I Submit for a Scholarship? 

When the scholarship submission cycles open, you will be asked to submit a simple form with your name, email, and confirmation that you are eligible for the scholarship program.

Once you submit this form you will receive an email with additional instructions as well as your unique scholarship code! It's as simple as that!

Our full scholarship cycles last for TWO WEEKS. You must apply for AND use your scholarship code mentioned above DURING the two weeks - otherwise, the issued scholarship code will expire.

1. Visit the Scholarship Opportunities page on the IDC website (during the two week scholarship cycle).
2. Double check that you are eligible to apply!
3. Complete the Scholarship Submission Form!
4. Check your email for your single-use scholarship code! And click on the LINK for your preferred payment method (Full Investment or Monthly Installments)!
5. Add your code to the Coupon Code section of the Checkout Page and click Apply!
6. Congratulations! You are now an official scholarship recipient AND enrollee in our Accelerator Program!

*Please note, that if the Intimacy Professional Accelerator Program is purchased outside of the two week scholarship cycle, a refund will NOT be issued and/or the scholarship cannot be applied retroactively.
